Helpmet

Helpmet is a smart health monitoring helmet specifically designed for construction workers, aimed at ensuring their safety while working in hot weather conditions and preventing heatstroke from posing risks to their health. The helmet's warning function allows surrounding coworkers and supervisors to be informed about the wearer's condition. Combined with the app, it not only helps workers understand their physical condition but also provides recommendations based on their condition to help alleviate symptoms of heatstroke.

Raised History

This is a lighting installation designed for Christmas. Utilizing wooden lattice, the installation reveals its internal structure, forming the shape of a tree. Different and changing colors of light are projected onto canvases at the bottom of each layer, creating a vibrant and diverse display. The installation is situated near an old canal, the brilliant array of colors makes the entire installation a visual focal point, infusing the entire harbor area with a lively festive atmosphere.

New Year

In a tranquil courtyard, amidst the gentle flurry of winter's snow and the vibrant hues of autumn leaves, sits a graceful figure adorned in an exquisite Kimono. The scene evokes the essence of Wabisabi, embodying the beauty of solitude and serenity. Delicate patterns adorn the fabric, mostly Pines, symbolizing solemnity; and the rhythmic Seigaiha representing the tranquility of the sea. Zooming in reveals more intricate details, a stone plate bearing the artist's pen-name rests to the left; and upon the Kimono, patterns of mice representing the new year 2020, the year of mice.

Built by Action

This work combines a series of technologies such as display props, somatosensory interaction and laser induction to realize data visualization and behavior perception. The periphery of the device consists of four interaction nodes, namely, bath, travel, work and meal. The inside of the installation shows the phenomenon of environmental changes corresponding to such behaviors. The author wants to make people aware of the damage to the environment caused by certain behaviors and push people to protect environment through this work.

Seniors Keeper

Senior Keeper is a smart door lock connected with vital signs sensing devices, such as smartwatches. When the elderly encounter an emergency at home, it will emit a red light, project fonts for help, notify emergency contacts, and automatically open the door. When neighbours or rescuers find out, they can ask the elderly about their condition through the microphone on the door lock, and the elderly can answer remotely using the door lock's speaker. Finally, the rescuer can decide whether to enter the door to give help according to the specific situation.

Buky

The Buky series is a part of a larger project known as Glagolitic Stories. It is named after the second letter of the Glagolitic script and is inspired by the elegance of Glagolitic characters. The illustration features a transformed hoodie with a print of the Buky letter, enhanced by accessories, clothing treatment, makeup, and overall ambiance. What makes this illustration unique is the specific inspiration and technical approach, which is based on the experience of visual arts and the use of new technologies. This artwork was created by using editing software and AI technology.
