The Love River has a great history. At the same time, the development of Kaohsiung Port has brought Kaohsiung people's vision to the international level and brought the international gaze into Kaohsiung. The "Asia New Bay Area" links Kaohsiung Port and the riverside of the Love River, so that the Yancheng district can be successfully transformed and recreated with a glorious new look while preserving Kaohsiung's prosperous and human characteristics.

The artwork juxtaposes the high tech optimism with transient global challenges that know no bounds. The intervention only speeds up the process.

It represents Saes's first Industrial Design project, aimed at implementing design driven innovation methodologies within the company and exploring their applicability in laboratory workflows. It is estimated that approximately 930 million tons of food were wasted in 2019, with around 60% of it being discarded by consumers at home. Nebula aims to address these challenges by leveraging cutting edge technology to empower individuals to reduce food waste.

The extremely thin cloth fluctuates with the slightest movement of air, such as the movement of a person, and responds to the movement of the cloth interactively by means of sensors embedded in the cloth. The material used for the floor is a decorative plywood made by pasting rush grass, which would normally have been discarded, onto plywood because it was not long enough to fit into the tatami weaving machine.

The installation engages visitors through subtle, rhythmic motion and quiet mechanical operation, contributing to the architectural identity of the space. Designed to integrate seamlessly with complementary interactive systems, the kinetic wall enables synchronized choreographies that enrich the visitor experience through unobtrusive technological interaction.
Continue readingThe Luo Shan Feng is not only the wind but also the driving force of life for the local people. After learning to live with the wind, they also develop a lifestyle that suits local conditions. Under the strong wind, to create a soothing atmosphere, the shape is considered to be arc-shaped. Through works of art, the wind can blow away the fatigue in life and let people dance with the wind. The work uses bamboo and steel bars as the primary materials, and LED light strips are placed around them. The swirl-like shape attracts people into the space and becomes a space for tourist interaction.
